THE MEANING OF SHAGHF
Rooted in Passion
Good coffee gives us a reason to pause. Good company gives us a reason to stay. That is the spirit of Shaghf.

What Shaghf Means
Shaghf means “passion.” For us, it is a simple way to think about the café: a favorite cup, a conversation, and a little time set aside for yourself or someone else.
From Middle Eastern Coffee Culture to Fairfax
Our inspiration comes from Middle Eastern coffee culture, where hospitality and gathering belong alongside the drink. Shaghf brings that sense of welcome to a modern specialty café. Come with friends, meet over coffee, or make a quiet stop on your own.
Specialty Coffee Meets Signature Flavor
There is more than one way to find your cup. Start with V60 or espresso, try a signature latte, or take a turn toward matcha.
Karak chai and pistachio- and date-inspired drinks share the menu with familiar coffee favorites. A croffle, pastry or dessert can turn a quick coffee into a longer pause.
